Hey now, what's obvious to some is not obvious to others. I've played lots of "solve the puzzle" type games where I figured out all sorts of convoluted, complex shit on my own just to trip up on something that's obvious to everyone else. |

zork? ZORK?!? that's a nancy panty-waste text adventure compared to HHGTTG or leather goddesses of phobos. those games were totally insane. HHG had a location that became totally inaccessible later in the game, and if you didn't grab and keep the screwdriver you were totally fucked from finishing it. not only that, but you could only hold 6 or 8 things, so you constantly had to figure out what to leave behind and attempt to come back to if you needed it. leather goddesses had this thing with putting unangling cream on an obtuse angle to make it less than 90 degrees so you could do something funky with it. not to mention giving blankets to penguins living in igloos. that game was just bizarre. i mean, it came with a scratch and sniff card, which you would directed to by the game. (do not scratch the area marked for the bathroom) |

They must have done that several days ago- the bug allowing you to get more than 150 was fixed (you could get another arrow from the tree after killing kerrek)
The missing item is the map, which he probably already has, but no longer shows up in inv. The ??? remains to angrify.
(I went and looked at spoilers and walkthroughs after I finished on my own.) |

Work for 45 years and he gives you a shiny, gold watch at the end. |

If you just want the answers, why play? Or alternately, why not google?
http://www.westsideservers.com/peasant.htm is a full, lifeless walkthrough. |
