Anyone know if you can get fios at an apartment? I'm not moving back to DE unless I can get fios.

They ran fios through my shitty neighborhood, they should have it up north...

It may not be allowed in most apartment complexes because Verizon requires that the copper line be cut (permanently) and a business might not allow that. I have not hear of any exceptions to the rule so far but maybe some exist. There is also the requirement of the homeowner having to take care of maintenance of the UPS battery backup in each installed cabinet. Batteries need replacing every 2 years on average, so who would do that in the apartment as well.
