Adventures in Wilmington

So, I decided to go clubbing last night. Fucking Christ, I never want to hear about how women have to go through a bazillion hoops to look pretty and/or get laid again -- ya'll don't have hairy backs to take care of. That said and done, I end up spending an hour trying to find this fucking place in Wilmington. When I finally get there, practically no one is there. Why? Because, for some reason, new gay bars open in Wilmington every once in awhile and the entire scene moves a few blocks down the street. The new club will even have the same bartenders. PICK A PLACE AND STAY THERE YOU DAMN FAGGOTS. *Sigh* Must move to city.

There's a new gay bar? ooo! Where is it? I miss Rome. hehe Well, maybe not the cheesy bad techno. *blech face* It's so fun to see who among my old middle school and hs friends is gay. It's a whole new sort of bonding. Razz

Also, it mihgt also be a cool place to take my sister and her best friend Erica when she's back in town. Smile

Umm... Not for nothing, but Wilmington's gay scene is found in Philly, along with all of Wilmington's other scenes. Maybe it's just because he's under 21, but my brother hasn't hung out in Wilmington in years.

Oh, heck yeah. They have good drag shows and the monthly AidsFund Gay Bingo (every time a new dress-up theme) that is just hilarious (and I won $100 last time!). Also I've heard the Chumley and Carlotta shows are funny. (think Mystery Science Theatre 2000, Rocky Horror, and a dragqueen-ness all rolled into one) I've heard Sisters is cool enough too. The thing is bar hopping local is low maintenance fun with potential to meet local peeps.
