Hopefully it will be less of a disappointment than Reloaded was....

Whenever you get the urge to say that Reloaded was a disappointment, just think Episode I and things will seem ever so much brighter.

Actually, why don't you watch Episode V instead? The movie wasn't a dissapointment because of the movie makers, it was a dissapointment because of fucking business executives who hyped way too much.

uty i agree wholeheartedly. and temporary hatred of movies is all relative, kinda like morals (for me at least Twisted Evil ). depends on so many things - hype, what YOU were expecting, etc.

I was expecting it to not suck ass. I will refrain from making the same mistake in the future.

Producer Joel Silver says, "Reloaded and Revolutions could be one film. But I htink they work best as two sittings. It's quite a lot to absorb. Revolutions is all-out war between the humans and the machines and will, by all accounts, blow your f-----g minds. We have a 14 minute, $40 million battle sequence that is the most complicated sequence ever put on film." Another production executive, Dan Cracchiolo, adds, "You know Revolutions is the real thing, right? Revolutions is the pay off. Reloaded is just a tease."

I must be one of the only people who enjoyed watching Reloaded in this group. I admit I had my problems with the movie, but I still enjoyed it, and intend to enjoy the next one. How come everyone I talk to can't really come up with a better reason for the movie's suckage than just the fight scenes?

well actually i did like it and saw it twice... I think it could have been a lot better but all i really wanted was to see tight leather and pvc and to see a whole lot of people get the crap kicked out of them Very Happy
It would just upset me to find out that they saved all the really cool stuff for the third movie Razz

i really hope at some point in the third one that fucking 'architect' get a big damn foot up his ass... 2 choices my ass, i'd have fragged the fucker right there Twisted Evil

More than one reason. I agree with most of these pretty much. Plus GabeSilver mentioned a few reasons more than that a few threads ago as well.

People are really critical. Nothing wrong with enjoying, or hating the movie. There are a bunch of reasons I can dislike the film, but there are a whole bunch more why i liked it. All that really matters is if it entertained you, cuz that is what you paid for.

Well, hopefully you don't feel too chastised by us here. At least, no more than you chastise EVERYONE ELSE!

bah.

everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Other people don't have to agree with you, that's all. Who cares if they do or not?
