RIP Johnny Ramone, aged 55 of prostate cancer.

The Ramones, founded in '74, first album in '76, never had a top 40 hit, but really, they were British, "so scale it back a bit..." They were inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.

The point is probably people who have died very recently. Crick died a month and a half ago. Ramone died yesterday.

*Thinks, perhaps it's for MEDIA related people.*

Not a pointless tread at all!

Janet Leigh Dead at 77

Taught us not to shower in a weird motel in Psycho and gave birth to Jamie Lee Curtis.

You mean BESIDES being involved in one of the most memorable scenes in cinematic history?

Yea, some people just never get the appreciation they deserve until they're dead. So now Rodney is dead... and we appreciate it.
